Which photos work best
- One person per photo (your loved one’s photo can show a pet). You can crop the right person out of a group photo right here
- The face is clearly visible: no sunglasses or mask, not turned away
- Waist-up or full-length works best — the hug looks more natural; a head-and-shoulders portrait is fine too
- A sharp photo at least 512 pixels on the short side
- Old and black-and-white photos are welcome. A badly damaged one is better restored first
